Service was bad. Long wait. Told cook what to cook not only twice and cook still had it wrong. Food cold and not correct and didn’t even bring the bun for the burger.
My mom and I went on Thanksgiving and Xmas Day. Even though they were crowded they seated us fast and had our food out fast. Service was great and food was Waffle House good.
Long wait for food. Never got a refill on my drink. Servers state they are busy but standing around. Usually much better experience.
My wife and I went here for the first time since it opened and living back in NC and we enjoyed it very much. We arrived very late/early morning. The service was exceptional and fast. Even the cook came by and asked how everything was! Our order was received exactly how we gave it and the food was good. No different than any other Waffle House but quick, friendly and fast. My only complaint was that it was freezing inside there. You could literally hang meat in there if you wanted to. It was a chilly night to begin with but the table we sat at had the AC blasting on us and my wife had to actually go out to the car to get me a jacket so I'd stop shivering. So, overall it was a good experience other than the extreme AC.
Service & Food were both great. The 2 waitresses there were extremely nice.
