They dropped my food and tried to give it to me fully paid for... And lied in my face when I asked if they dropped my food so she handed me my bag to go and eat my dinnerand walked away. I looked at the items and clearly one had scum from the floor on the paper..
The manager TINA IS VERY RUDE AND COOPERATE WILL BE HEARING FROM US!! She lied and said she remade our order 4 times when she didnt. Then gonna get a attitude after we told her she fixed our sons food wrong. And for an employee to thank us for letting her know she was wrong you already know she needs to be FIRED FOR MANAGMENT TO BE THE WAY SHE WAS JUST STRAIGHT RUDE!!!
Thankfully when I knocked on the drive thru window the Manager came and saved the day!!
Great food and Great people. There's a reason this is one of my favorite fast food places.
Had to go back 2 times to get my order right. I sit in the Drive-Thru window for 10 minutes the second time before anyone ever came up front. Was knocking on the window and blowing the horn. Horrible service
