My assigned sales associate (Jon) was very helpful and responded quickly, clearly, precisely, patiently and professionally to my many questions. Pricing (including delivery fees) was significantly less than in a local store. The delivery team communicated their whereabouts and were precise within mere minutes regarding the time of delivery. Delivery was quick - unloading, unpacking, placement in the house and clean-up. The delivery personnel were very personable, polite and professional.
