Purchased a recliner on a Saturday and said they could deliver that Tuesday...scheduled delivery for next Saturday...called Friday morning to see what time Saturday they would be out and said they didn't decide on delivery times till 5pm or later on day before...called at 615 pm after they hadn't called like they said they would...at that time they informed me the recliner was on back order and won't be in for 3 weeks...no apology or alternative...so they were informed I would be needing a refund..when I went the next day for refund they could have cared less about any of it...got refund and left...terrible customer relations
I enjoyed shopping for all my furniture with Mathew. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in the products. Very fast delivery date and set up inside my house. I will continue to get all my furniture for my house here.
Please take Angel back she is the worse boss and ruining the Jacksonville store. Why is the staff being punished and bullied?Teach her hygiene and manners.
