The building looked clean, the people were nice, and the food tasted like you would expect it to.
The burgers at this location are on a press system for faster service and the flavor and texture is cooked out of them the difference if far better on the flat grill locations but service was good nice eating area and served with a smile.
If I could rate this a zero or negative stars, I would. We stopped at this location around 10:50p on our way home on a road trip, and when we pulled up, the drive-thru cashier was very rude and unprofessional. She asked what we wanted, and my husband told her one moment. She responded, "What?" with the ugliest tone! My husband asked her if she really answered that way, and she replied, "Yeah...what do you want?!" We were both taken aback by her curt tone and lack of customer service. We ended up going across the street to Taco Bell, where we were greeted with a warm and friendly, "Hi, how are you this evening?" Needless to say, we plan to call the DM for that store tomorrow morning. People, if you don't like dealing with other people or don't know how to respond to customers, then PLEASE go home and let someone who actually cares about customer service have your job!
Went Nov'17 and loved the new design of the store. Even my children complimented it. Staff and food were great. One of the nicer Wendy's I've visited.
Not bad for lunch. Small town feel. Don't recommend the Tenders personally.
