The arrangement I received did not look like what I selected online. Not in scale, color, or style. As a result, I do not feel as if i received the full value of the $90 investment made or that it properly represented my sentiments to the bereaved. The second issue was lack of concern showed by the person on the phone. He stated he called but did not leave a voice mail and that the alternative was to have received no arrangement at all. In light of the finished product and the subsequent service I would have preferred to spend my money elsewhere.
