In this small town there is a hidden gem Dentistry office. Rivers Family is by far the best office I have ever visited. When the original dentist left, Prilliman. I did stray to other offices over a period of time. I actually left one appointment in tears. I called my ole family dentistry office and spoke with Ann. She is a staple in our community. She reassured me that the new dentist was wonderful and that I should come back. I am so grateful I did. Dr Rivers is a witty and knowledgeable man that runs his office with the same home town feel that I missed. They always ask about my family members and are sure to remind me to floss. It is the type of service that your parents talk about and wished was still around. That service is still here in our community and alive at Rivers Family Dentistry!
I struggle for 1 1/2 years and finally decided I had to have help. I wanted a new dental practice and after a little research found a great young Dentist in a fairly new practice. I felt very comfortable with my choice from the very first friendly voice that greeted me.
Sunday afternoon while eating lunch I broke a tooth. Monday morning I phoned their office & was told that they would work me in later that day since I was having no pain & was not in distress. Sometime later that morning I received a phone call from receptionist advising that they had a cancellation & could see me 2 hours earlier which suited me even better. Upon arriving at the office I was promptly seen & had the issue corrected to my complete satisfaction. Not only was I treated with courtesy & professionalism by everyone concerned but had all options explained to me clearly. I have been a patient at this facility since & before Dr. Rivers took over the practice; thus I was not surprised by the attention & concern given me. I recommend this practice to anyone desiring friendly First Rate dental care.
I love being a patient at Rivers Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. When I go it does not seem like going to an ordinary dentist appointment, it is a welcoming and personable experience that will keep you coming back! The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and I recommend for all ages.
Dr. Andrew Rivers and the entire staff are INCREDIBLE. They absolutely rescued me from a very bad situation. I had been a patient of another practice for many years and reluctantly agreed to have all of my upper teeth extracted. I went through many painful months and was never able to chew or feel comfortable with my dentures. I was reluctant to eat with friends as eating was so difficult for me.
Dr Rivers and his staff are caring and understanding. They always treat you like family. It makes going to the dentist a pleasure, if that’s possible.
I now have great new dentures, upper and lower that are comfortable and Dr. Rivers has been personally involved with every aspect and demanded perfection even to correctly matching the color of my teeth.
