Fantastic level of customer care. All of the employees are meticulous and it is clear they give each car full attention. The maintenance on my Jaguar XK was completed quickly and thoroughly. The complimentary concierge service, including pick-up/drop-off is very convenient. The car arrived back at my house, having been washed and vacuumed before delivery. High quality attention to detail in every respect. This shop is owned by and staffed by true car enthusiasts.

I do most of my own work but I know enough to know what I don't know or operations that are beyond my comfort level. In addition, I'm a very detail-oriented individual. HBi is my kinda shop. They're neat, meticulous and the quality of their work is just as important to them as it is to their customers. These guys aren't just mechanics...They're enthusiasts. The shop is very clean which is indicative of their work ethic. They do their best to deliver what they promise on time. Glad I found them!
Everybody at the shop is very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my 911 Turbo in because it was acting funny and they diagnosised it within minutes. I was given a loaner car while they worked on my vehicle and had I had my Porsche back to me with a very quickly; now it runs better than ever!
Great first impression. Just an oil change for my 2015 Porsche Boxter GTS between tracking and daily driving. They were very knowledgable and eager to explain their evaluation of the car and show me what might improve it's performance. Austin and Billy are very friendly and proud of their shop, and take the extra steps to keep your investment in good shape.
